The Aventura, Florida Association has over 250 units and is managed by First Service Residential. It needed to update and improve its background screening process to a single, modern platform which could efficiently process applicants from around the world.
Our client wanted a web-based application that was e-signature compliant, secure, and had the ability to collect the screening (transfer) fees in compliance with Florida statute.
Additionally, the client requested the complete management of the background screening process and the secure, online storage of documents that could be accessed by the property management office and Board Members.
Screening Link's Solution
Screening Link designed and implemented a custom screening portal that allowed applicants apply securely online. The application was secure, user friendly and allowed applicants to provide the required information at their convenience in a Screening Link managed portal. Applicants were able to pay any fees using a credit card, which greatly expedited the processing and approval time.
