The applicant pays the screening fee directly by credit or debit card and submits the application. Your office never handles checks, deposits, or refunds.
The applicant receives a confirmation email, and our team begins the screening — running criminal, credit, eviction, and any community-specific searches you require.
The property manager and board receive the completed application, e-signed documents, supporting attachments, and full screening results — all in one place. Approvals can be signed and returned electronically.
